Delivery period: every day from 18.00 to 20.00
1. Orders made before 17.00 will be delivered to the designated delivery address on the same day, during the delivery period (from 18.00 to 20.00).
2. Orders made after 17.00 will be delivered to the designated delivery address the next day, during the delivery period (from 18.00 to 20.00).
Returns and Compensation policy:
1. If at the time of delivery it is shown that any of the delivered products does not correspond to the ordered product, either it is a different product, different manufacturer, different quantity or quality, or it is a product with expired expiration date or spoiled, the buyer has the right, on the spot and at the same time of the delivery, not to accept the product, and for that product the seller is obliged to return the funds to the buyer in full, to the same buyers account from which the buyer has previously made and paid the order. The seller is obliged to compensate the buyer no later than 24 hours after the buyer has declared an irregularity and requested compensation.
2. If the delivery is delayed more than 30 hours from the moment of ordering, and if the buyer reports an irregularity and seeks compensation, the seller is obliged to compensate the buyer no later than 24 hours after the buyer has declared an irregularity and requested compensation.
